Our Story

Built by someone who’s worked inside healthcare recruitment

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare HR and medical recruitment, Rashmi Nair founded Ray Rekruiters to solve a problem she saw repeatedly: international and local healthcare professionals being pushed through complex systems without clear guidance. Australian healthcare recruitment isn’t linear. Registration, visas, employer expectations, and long-term career outcomes rarely move in sync, yet candidates are often expected to make irreversible decisions early.

Ray Rekruiters was built to bridge those gaps.

Rashmi remains personally involved in every placement, guiding candidates through AHPRA pathways, visa considerations, employer alignment, and realistic timelines.
