The practice supports clinician autonomy and offers strong administrative backing so GPs can focus on clinical excellence and patient outcomes. 

This role features a competitive remuneration structure, including a guaranteed income of $180 – $200 per hour for the first 8 weeks, ensuring financial confidence and stability as you transition and build your patient base. The practice also offers a 70/30 billing split, with average daily billings typically ranging from $2,500 – $3,000 (depending on sessions and patient demand), enabling strong long-term earning potential. Additionally, there is a potential sign-on bonus that can be discussed as part of your individual contract. 

Both full-time and part-time positions are welcomed, with flexible arrangements based on the preferences and lifestyle needs of the GP. You will be supported by experienced nursing and administrative teams and benefit from modern clinical systems to streamline operations and enhance patient care.
